The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing at least a two person team, providing direction on all aspects of framing and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standard. Attention to quality and detail, technical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team is required as we build homes that are top-grade.  Ability to lift at least 80 pounds is required.

We are looking for an experienced Lead Framer to join our team. At least 4 years of framing and building stick framed homes is required for this position. Ability to read basic permit drawings and blueprints is required. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a two person team on tasks inside and out. Attention to quality and detail, technical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team is required as we build homes that are top-grade.  Ability to lift at least 80 pounds in required.

Salary ranges from $54,000 - $65,000. This role starts with 3 weeks holidays plus annual bonus program.

We are looking for an experienced Interior Finisher to join our team. Several years of experience is preferred, and trade carpentry training is an asset. The successful candidate will be required to perform a range of interior finishing jobs to bring a home to a ready state for occupancy. Some key responsibilities include drywall touch ups; install and finish trim, crown moulding, and door casings; install and repair cabinetry, install and finish flooring materials, and much more. Attention to quality and detail, technical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team is required as we build homes that are top-grade.

Salary ranges from $62,000 - $70,000. This role starts with 3 weeks holidays plus annual bonus program.

We are looking for an experienced Trade and Supplier Coordinator and Site Supervisor to join our team. This is a multifaceted role. The successful candidate will responsible for coordinating trade contractors, following up with trades workflow and timelines, managing suppliers, and overseeing on-site construction activities for quality control, among other related activities. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and knowledge in overseeing crews within multiple trades, including finishing, is required. Problem solving is an essential skill in this role as part of the management team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction projects and adherence to timelines and budgets. You will be required to monitor and enforce site safety protocols, promoting a culture of safety among workers. Attention to quality and detail, technical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team is required as we build homes that are top-grade.

Salary ranges from $75,000 - $90,000. This role starts with 4 weeks holidays plus annual bonus program. This role would report directly to the VP of construction and the owner of Eco Lake Homes.
